HISTORY

From 1973 to 1989 the scientific-technical journal was called «Special questions of atomic science and technics» (SVANT) where materials of the conferences and seminars which were taking place in institute, and also articles on interindustry subject were published.
Till 1983 a journal series was called «Impact of ionizing radiation on radio-electronic equipment», since 1983 – «Physics of radiation effects on radio-electronic equipment».
Since 1990 the open scientific-technical journal «Questions of atomic science and technics. Series: Physics of radiation effects on radio-electronic equipment» (VANT) is published.
