Research of the dark currents in the CCD-matrixes irradiated with protons and neutrons

Implementation on accelerator EMIR-2 of new bremsstrahlung pulse generation modes

Results of researches about implementation on accelerator EMIR-2, with two opposite located accelerating tubes, the new bremsstrahlung pulse generation modes are described: the monopulse representing the bremsstrahlung pulse superposition, generated by both synchronous accelerators; the pulse of the «difficult» form containing high-intensity «short» (≤ 100 nanoseconds) and low-intensity «long» (≥ 1 microsecond) components. It is shown that as a result of synchronization of the multimodule high-voltage impulse generator are implemented new bremsstrahlung pulse generation modes

Generation of two sequential bremsstrahlung pulses with controlled time interval on the two-module accelerator EMIR-2

As a result of the researches is reached the generation of two sequential bremsstrahlung pulses with controlled time interval by operation of two units of the accelerator EMIR-2. Time interval between bremsstrahlung pulses is regulated in the range of 2-1000 microsecond with a relative deviation ≤ 5 %. At distance between anodes of accelerating tubes, equal to 100 mm, the maximum of bremsstrahlung exposure dose  on the anode of each tube has made to 200 kR, and in the center of radiation zone not less than 12 kR

Experimental researches of the diamond detector in heavy ion cyclotron beam

Possibility of creation of heavy charged particle spectrometer on the basis of the diamond detector of ionizing radiation is shown. Experimental tests of heavy charged particle spectrometry on the applied research channel of cyclotron U-400 are resulted. The experimental spectrometer facility and measurement technique are described. Experimental researches have shown that application of the diamond detector provides measurement of heavy charged particle flux density in energy range of 5-470 MeV with error not exceeding ± 1 %; the diamond detector allows to measure heavy charged particle energy in a range of 5-470 MeV with error not exceeding ± 15 %

Use of coaxial vacuum line for formation of bremsstrahlung diploid beams

Researches of formation of diploid electron beams and bremsstrahlung by discontinuity introduction in coaxial vacuum line of heavy-current pulse accelerator in the form of its angle indexing α = π/2 at turn radius R ≤ λ/2 π (λ – wavelength of electromagnetic pulse) are resulted. It is shown that such discontinuity in a line fulfills function of an electromagnetic pulse energy separator, thus electron beams have essentially different amplitude time characteristics

State and development  trends of pulse dosimetry of accelerating simulators

Necessity and importance of dynamic dosimeter measurements on accelerating simulators are shown. Existing techniques of dynamic dosimeter measurements is analyzed. Development ways of techniques in two directions are planned, tasks to solution are defined. It is offered to use new small-size diamond and silicon detectors. Restoration necessity of signal distorted by inertia of measuring channels is shown. Questions of electronic dosimetry of accelerators are considered
