Some aspects of radiation tests of analog bipolar circuits considering ELDRS effect

The degradation of bipolar operational amplifiers LM124J depending on dose rate and temperature at radiation is researched. It is shown that the degradation level of probed devices owing to ionizing dose effects considerably increases, if dose rate decreases below 0,01 rad(Si)/s that isn\´t typical for most bipolar devices. It complicates the use of criteria of enhanced low dose rate sensitivity (ELDRS) which are defined in existing standards for radiation test. On the basis of received experimental results are offered recommendations for optimization of procedures of low-intensive ionizing radiation resistance tests for bipolar circuits.

Engineering calculation method of dependence of change of parameters and radiation resistance of products of semiconductor technology from ionizing radiation intensity

The engineering calculation method of dependence of change of parameters of products of semiconductor technology from ionizing radiation intensity, considering main engines of formation of radiation defects and their relaxation at radiation is offered. It is shown that by the form of dose change of parameters of products of semiconductor technology at high ionizing radiation intensity it is possible to judge existence or absence of low intensity effect at examinees products of semiconductor technology.

Simulation and forecasting of component degradation of bipolar and CMOS technologies in fields of space nonstationary dose rate

Influence of pulse gamma radiation on powerful laser diodes

Results of researches of influence of pulse gamma radiation on output power of laser diodes lines with wavelength of 808 nanometers and a rated injection current 60 A are presented. Measurements made directly at the time of radiation influence in exposure dose rate from 109 to 1012 R/s. It is shown that at exposure dose rate more than 1011 R/s in researched instruments a laser radiation is generated.

Session functioning mode of temperature sensors DS18B20 at influence of low-intensive ionizing radiation

The functioning mode of digital temperature sensors DS18B20 with interchange of electrical modes in the conditions of influence of low-intensive ionizing radiation with different dose rates is considered. The approximation of dependences of limit radiation dose value appropriate to the given limiting error of measurement, from measuring accuracy and number of switchings of electrical functioning modes are offered. The increase of lifetime of temperature sensors is recommended as a result of deceleration of speed of dose degradation of a measurement error before a limit status at which their measuring accuracy don’t correspond to operational requirements.

Research of influence of neutron radiation on ATmega 8 microcontroller functioning

The functional tester for distant monitoring of operability of microcontroller at influence of neutron radiation is developed and made. The program and hardware for testing of microcontroller functional units are de-scribed. Results of research of single events effects in microcontroller ATmega8 at influence of neutrons with energy of E = 14,7 MeV and fission neutrons are presented.

Influence of structural changes in fuel core from uranium dioxide on deformation behavior of high-temperature fuel element

The experimental data about research of kinetics of structural changes in fuel core from uranium dioxide with columnar structure of grains, and also creep and swelling speed characteristics of such dioxide are presented. In relation to operation modes of high-temperature fuel element of thermoemissive nuclear power plant is offered the technique and the calculation of deformation behavior of fuel element on the basis of dense uranium dioxide with preferentially open porosity and taking into account its structural changes is resulted.

Calculation method of heat electrophysical characteristics of thermoemissive electrogenerating channel by loop tests

The technique of determination of output characteristics and temperature fields of termoemissive electrogenerating channel, considering temperatures of supporting pipe of loop channel during tests is offered. The heat electrophysical parameters of electrogenerating channel taking into account non-uniformity of temperature of collector and differential cesium vapor-pressure in electrode gaps on length of active zone of electrogenerating channel are calculated.

Calculation estimate of radiation parameters of simulating installation «Trans-4-1»

The application, operating principle and constructional features of simulating installation of «Trans-4-1» are described.  The thickness influence of tantalum foil converter on radiation parameters of simulating installation «TRANS-4-1» is researched.  Results of calculation of spectral and dose radiation characteristics generated by tantalum foil converter of optimum thickness, in volume of installation vacuum chamber are presented.

Determination of fluence of neutrons with energies more than 0,1 MeV on research reactors

RAPID-2 – a new source of bremsstrahlung of mega ampere class

Results of the first experiments on RAPID-2 accelerator created on the basis of reactance-capacity energy storage with plasma flow switch are presented. As accelerator loading can be used diode tube with wide or focused electron beam for generation of bremsstrahlung pulses. Some experiments are carried out at charge voltage of two-stage pulse generator component 50 % from the project. As system of pulse shaping was used one general plasma flow switch. Distribution of exposition doses by accelerator operation on the multi-channel diode tube of ~100 cm2 behind a steel total-absorption target 6 mm thick is received.

Reference field on nuclear reactor PRIZ-M

Measurement of variations of Doppler frequency shift of satellite signals by NI PXI platform

The ionosphere monitoring system by method of continuous electromagnetic transmission probing by satellite signals is offered. The main characteristics of received satellite signals and the description of measuring complex are presented. The use of NI PXI platform and LabVIEW software for development easier of this system is justified. Measurements and calculation of Doppler frequency shift of satellite signals are resulted.

Estimation of dispersion of radiation response of bipolar transistors at neutron radiation

On example of three types of bipolar transistors by total quantity of 1200 pieces it is shown that the dispersion of coefficient of radiation sensitivity at neutron radiation can be described by normal distribution, thus with confidence probability 0,95 this coefficient can differ on ±100%.

Periodic and sporadic changes of beta decays speed by long-term observations

The results received on multi-channel installation, created for research of different processes, including alpha and beta decays, in combination with record of environmental parameters are presented. The installation works practically continuously more than 15 years. At measurement of counting rate of beta sources 60Co and 90Sr-90Y rhythmic changes with amplitude about 0,1 % from average value and the period 1 year and 0,01 % with periods about one month are found. Rhythmic changes of counting rate of alpha source 239Pu are not detected. The received results are compared with similar results of other researchers who have found at long measurements the periodic changes of beta radioactivity 3H, 56Mn, 32Si, 36Cl, 60Со, 137Cs, 226Ra. When scanning the celestial sphere by telescope reflector with beta radioactive source at focus point the strong bursts of counting rate are registered.
